油井用N80级36Mn2V非调质钢管坯的冶炼工艺实践 被引量:1

摘要 攀钢采用铁水预处理120 t转炉冶炼-主要成分为CaC_2的P1脱氧剂预脱氧、合金化-LF+RH精炼- 280 mm×380 mm方坯连铸工艺生产36Mn2V非调质钢(%:0.34~0.38C、1.45~1.70Mn、0.11~0.16V、≤0.020Ms)。分析和检验结果表明,Si、Mn、V合金元素的平均收得率分别为85.8%、98.0%和96.0%;140 mm圆管坯的T[O]为(6.4~13.0)×10^(-6)(平均9.1×10^(-6)),[N]为(28.0~59.0)×10^(-6),管坯的冶金质量均满足技术条件的要求。 The non- quenched and tempered steel 36Mn2V (0. 34 - 0. 38C, 1.45 - 1.70Mn, 0. 11 - 0. 16V, ≤ 0. 020Als) was produced by hot metal pretreated - 120 t converter melting - predeoxidizing by P1 deoxidizing agent with main component CaC2, then alloying - LF + RH refining - 280 mm × 380 mm billet eoncasting process at Panzhihua Steel. The analysis and examination results showed that the average yield of alloy element Si, Mn and V was respectively 85.8%, 98.0% and 96.0% , and the T[ O] of 140 mm round tube billet was 6.4 × 10^-6 - 13.0 × 10^-6 ( average 9. 1 × 10^-6 ), the [ N] was 28.0 × 10^-6 - 59. 0 × 10^-6, and the metallurgical quality of tube billet all met to the requirement of technical standard.
