摘要 试验分析了电磁搅拌电流对20CrMnTiH1齿轮钢180 mm×180 mm连铸坯碳偏析的影响以及精炼和连铸工序钢中残余B含量及其变化对钢淬透性的影响。结果表明,电磁搅拌电流从200 A降至100 A时,铸坯碳偏析指数降低0.1;控制钢中残余B≤0.000 2%,可使20CrMnTiH1齿轮钢淬透性带宽≤4 HRC。 The effect of magnetic stirring current on carbon segregation of 180 mm × 180 mm cast billet of gear steel 20CrMnTiH1 and the effect of change of residual B content in steel during refining and casting on hardenability of steel have been tested and analyzed. Results showed that as magnetic stirring current decreased from 200 A to 100 A, the carbon segregation index of cast billet decreased by 0. 1 ; with controlling residual B in 20CrMnTiH1 steel ≤0.000 2%, the hardenability band width of steel was ≤4 HRC.
