企业信息化的有效性正逐步受到各界的关注和重视。从复杂性系统的视角提出了企业信息化有效性的分析模型,并以此为基础,指出了提高其有效性的三点建议:管理思维向复杂性范式转变;信息系统设计向开放式和交互式转变;三类系统协同式发展。

The usefulness of enterprise＇ informatization is concerned and regarded by the public gradually. From the complexity system＇view , this paper put forward an analysis model about the usefulness of enterprise＇informatization, and regard this as the foundation, put forward three suggestion of raising its usefulness： managing thought change with the complexity complex paradigm; the information system design be changed with the opening type and interaction type; three systems development effect be synergetic.
