摘要
提出灰关联综合评价改进模型,体现了"功能性"和"均衡性"的统一,将其应用于船舶评价中,实例计算表明,这种改进的评价方法较全面地考虑了评价方案中排序时的影响因素,是合理、有效的。
A comprehensive evaluation improved model based AHP and the Grey Relational Analysis model is put forward for the evaluation of ship. Numerical example of real ship indicates that the improved model can consider the influencing factors rationally and effectively.
