摘要
首次采用一次原位水热晶化法在多孔陶瓷载体表面成功制备出TS-1沸石分子筛膜。其中,以硅溶胶为硅源,在SiO2:0.02TiO2:0.15TPABr:70H2O的摩尔配比下,175℃原位水热晶化120h得到的TS-1沸石分子筛膜质量最好,其晶体覆盖率达到100%,膜层呈片层状,厚度23-251μm,催化剂颗粒平均长度为2-4μm,与陶瓷载体之间结合紧密。
The TS-1 zeolite membrane was successfully obtained on the ceramic carriers by one-step in-sita hydrothermal synthesis. When using silica sol as silicon resource, at the molar proportion of SiO2:0.02TiO2:0.15TPABr: 70H2O, and heated at 175℃ for 120h, TS-1 zeolite membrane with the best performance could be obtained on the ceramic tubes. SEM imagines showed that the films were highly crystalline and compact. The film thickness was determined as 23-25μm, and the average grain size was no more than 2-4μm.
