摘要
通过对162FMJ发动机平衡分析及整车振动测试分析,得出整车振动大的主要原因是平衡率偏低。利用UG三维绘图软件建立了162FMJ发动机曲柄连杆机构的三维模型,通过平衡计算,在UG中对曲柄轴进行了优化。样机测试结果表明,曲柄轴优化后,整车振动显著降低。
Based on the balance analysis of 162FMJ engine and the complete motorcycle vibration test analysis, the main cause for the complete motorcycle vibration is obtained, that is the balancing rate is somewhat low. A three-dimensional model for 162FMJ engine crankshaft connecting-rod mechanism is established by means of the UG drawing software. Through the balancing calculation, the crankshaft is optimized with the aid of the UG. The prototype test shows that the complete motorcycle vibration is reduced greatly after the crankshaft is optimized.
