中医辨证治疗泌尿系结石96例

Clinical analysis of 96 urinary system calculus patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine discriminate differentiation of symptoms and signs

目的观察中医辨证治疗泌尿系结石的临床疗效。方法依据中医理论,将96例泌尿系结石患者分成湿热蕴结型、气滞血瘀型、脾肾两虚型、阴虚内热型共四型进行辨证论治,处方用药。结果湿热蕴结型痊愈率为51.5%,有效率为90.9%;气滞血瘀型痊愈率为48.0%,有效率为92.0%;脾肾两虚型治愈率为44.4%,有效率为88.8%;阴虚内热型痊愈率为50.0%,有效率为90.0%。结论中医辨证治疗泌尿系结石疗效显著,治愈率高。

Objective To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine discriminate differentiation of symptoms and signs on urinary system calculus patients. Methods Accoding to traditional Chinese medicine theory, 96 cases were divided into four types as humid heat, stagnation of vital energy and blood stasis, asthenia of both the spleen and kidney, type of YIN - deficiency and interior - heat and treated with traditional Chinese medicine. Results The cure rates and effective rates of type of humid heat , type of stagnation of vital energy and blood stasis, type of asthenia of both the spleen and kidney and type of YIN - deficiency and interior - heat were 51.5% and 90.9%, 48.0% and 92.0%, 44,4% and 88.8%, and 50.0% and 90.0% . Conclusion The cure rate of traditional Chinese medicine discriminate differentiation of symptoms and signs is high in treatment of urinary system calculi patients.
