摘要 自然杀伤细胞受体(NKR)是自然杀伤(NK)细胞发挥功能的分子基础,多种NKR可与主要组织相容性复合体(MHC)或非MHC类配体结合,传递激活或抑制信号,调节NK细胞活性。近年来NKR在抗病毒免疫方面的研究取得了一定进展。
