摘要
目的调查海南某中专学校2180名男女学生第一恒磨牙龋蚀状况,探讨预防和治疗第一恒磨牙的有效措施。方法采用WHO口腔健康调查方法抽样调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果2180名中专学生第一恒磨牙总体患龋率为11.79%,总体缺失率为0.30%,总体充填率为18.51%。结论应重视口腔疾病防治,加强对学生的口腔卫生指导,积极预防和早期治疗第一恒磨牙等口腔疾病。
Objective To survey the incidence of caries of first molar in 2 180 male and female students in Hainan secondary school. Methods Sampling was made by using WHO recommended oral health survey method and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The overall incidence of caries of first molar was 11.79% and a total missing rate and falling rate of 0.30% and 18.51%. Conclusion The work of prevention and treatment of oral diseases be emphasized and oral health knowledge be offered to preteet the health of students.
