高校信息安全专业应用型人才培养模式探讨

Discussion on Practice-oriented Talent Cultivation of Information Security in University

随着国民经济和社会信息化建设的推进,信息安全专业人才的培养工作越来越重要。论文在调查研究高校信息安全专业发展现状和信息安全人才需求分析的基础上,指出最符合社会大量需求的是应用型信息安全人才,分析了信息安全专业应用型人才培养的特点,强调应用型人才必须在学习基础理论和新技术的同时,加强实践能力和操作技能的培养。文章还结合专业建设实践,介绍了面向应用型人才培养的信息安全专业建设主要内容,包括课程体系建设和实践教学体系建设。

With the development of national economy and social informatization, the talent cultivation for information security is becoming more and more important. Based on the status of information security subject in university and the analysis of talent demand, this paper points out that practice-oriented talents can meet the social large-scale talent demand, and discusses the feature of practice-oriented talent cultivation for information security in University. It is suggested that practice-oriented talents should pay attention to the ability of practice and operation, while they study the knowledge of basic theory and new technology. Specialty construction adaptive to practice-oriented talents is introduced, including curriculum program and practice-teaching program.
