摘要
本文对多家西部地区资源型高成长企业进行了多重案例研究。西部地区资源型高成长企业的成长规律可归纳为:以"管理"、"资金"为核心驱动因素,主要以"生产成长"为高成长起点,推动"生产与市场依次或并列成长"与"资源伴随性成长"交替推进的动态均衡发展过程。这一规律体现在西部地区可再生资源和非再生资源高成长企业上存在一定的差异。
Based on the investigation and research of 16 resource- type and high - growth enterprises in western China, this paper finds out that the enterprises take management and capital as core driving factors, and production growth as starting point of high growth to give impetus to dynamic and balanced development process in which production and market grow successively or simultaneously together with simultaneous resource growth. There are some differences between renewable- resource- type enterprises and non- renewable - resource- type.
