After having discussed the background and the origin of difficulty in employment for graduates from management scierice, the author pointed out： The suggestion of canceling the management science course in universities and colleges should be treated with caution. It is necessary for university students to learn management course appropriately, especially under the severe employment situation. Students who study management might not either have to undertake administration or can do it. Management can be taught and students with no experiences can also study management. Management science needs to be paid highly attention to for the era to run a country by management science will come. Meanwhile we should pay close attention to the meaning of ＂Under duplicate nest, how can there be egg＂ and ＂with the skin gone, what can the hair adhere to＂. Management education in our country needs further popularizing and deepening.
