摘要
针对曲面形状误差评定使用传统的模板定性检测、定性描述的方式已不能满足现代制造对产品质量的控制要求,提出了一种新的参数曲面形状误差计算的迭代逼近法.计算机仿真结果表明,本算法符合曲面形状误差评定的最小区域原则.
The conventional method of qualitative inspection and description of the profile error is now incapable of meeting the requirement for product quality control in modern society. A new algorithm with iterative approximation for evaluating the profile error of a parameter surface is presented. The results of theoretical derivation and computer simulation show that the algorithm developed is in conformity with the least zone principle of profile error.
