随着大型电解槽的不断开发和运用,对预焙阳极提出了更高的要求,而成型工序是影响阳极质量的一个重要环节。本文针对二成型车间一年多来强力冷却机的运行情况以及相应的工艺技术条件的改变进行了说明,并对强力冷却机使用后的质量情况进行了对比。

With thedevelopment and application of large aluminum reduction pots, the quality of the prebaked carbon anode must be good, the compacting process is a important process to influnce the quality of carbon anode. This paper reviews the running of intensive cooler and the correseonding alteration of process technology in the second phase of green anode plant, and compares the quality of the intensive cooler after and before.
