2006年聊城市东昌府区部分中小学生常见病患病情况调查

Investigation on the Common Diseases among some Middle and Primary School Students of Dongchangfu District of Liaocheng City in 2006

[目的]了解聊城市东昌府区中小学生常见病患病情况,为制定预防措施提供科学依据。[方法]2006年9~11月依据《预防性健康检查管理办法》等对东昌府区7所中小学12 462名学生进行健康体检。[结果]中小学生视力低下率为64.23%,龋患率为22.43%,沙眼患病率为20.89%,营养不良率为18.34%,肥胖率为1.24%,HBsAg阳性率为1.89%,贫血率为2.16%,扁桃体肿大率为3.26%;各种疾病罹患率,小学生、初中生与高中生之间,城区与乡村学生之间,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）。[结论]东昌府区中小学生常见病患病率较高,应加强防治。

To understand the morbidity of common diseases among middle and primary school students of Dongchangfu district of Liaocheng city, provide scientific basis for disease control and prevention. [Methods] Physical examination was conducted for 12 462 students from 7 middle and primary schools, based on ＂ Management of preventive health examination＂ from September to November in 2006. [Results] Hypopsia accounted for 64.23 % , caries. Chlamydia, malnutrition and obesity accounted for 22.43% ;20.89%, 18.34% and 1, 24% respectively , HBsAg positive,anemia and enlarged tonsil accounted for 1.89%6,2.16% and 3.26% respectively. There was a difference of the morbidity of the diseases in primary,junior high and senior high school students from urban and suburb district （ P 〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]The morbidity of the common diseases was higher among the primary and middle school students. Prevention and treatment should be strengthened.
