摘要 对基于共轭鼓形齿面裂纹痕迹的失效破坏现象,在裂纹的主要诱因是最大拉应变的理论下,利用三维弹性边界元法进行了理论研究分析,得出了裂纹痕迹随着轴间夹角的改变而变化的运动规律以及裂纹的起源、扩展形成机理.还对该鼓形齿联轴器在专用试验台架上进行了静态下的动态模拟实验. According to the theory taht cracking is mainly due to the maximum tensile strain, the failure resulting from the cracking trace on the conjugate crowned tooth flank is analyzed with elastic 3 D BEM. It has been found that the crack trace varies with the variation of the included angle between the axes and the forming mechanism of the origin and development of the cracks has been obtained. Dynamic simulation of the crowned teeth coupling in the steady state has been carried out on a special test bed. The correctness of the theoretical analysis has been proved by the test results.
