摘要 [目的]采用高效液相色谱法,同时测定水果中克菌丹和灭菌丹残留量。[方法]采用Florisil固相萃取柱净化样品,对样品进行预处理,并对色谱条件进行优化。[结果]同时测定克菌丹和灭菌丹,波长选择为210nm。克菌丹保留时间为10.7 min,检出限为0.75 mg/L,平均回收率为86.8%~106.0%。灭菌丹保留时间为17.6 min,检出限为0.60mg/L,平均回收率为101.6%~105.8%。[结论]采用Florisil固相萃取柱作为固相萃取的净化方法,建立了固相萃取-高效液相色谱法同时测定水果中克菌丹和灭菌丹残留量的分析方法。该方法简单,在实际工作中应用效果好。 A method for simultaneous determination of captan and folpet residues in fruits was used by high performance liquid chromatography. [Methods] The samples were purified with Florisil solid phrase extracting column. And chromatography parameters were optimized. [Results]Captan and folpet were deteced at 210 nm. The retention time and detection limits of captan were 10.7 rein'and 0.75 mg/L,and the average recoveries of captan at three levels ranged from 86.8% to 106.0%. The retention time and detection limits of folpet were 17.6 min and 0.60 mg/L,and the average recoveries of folpet at three levels ranged from 101.6;/oo to 105.8%. [Conclusion]By purifying samples with Florisil solid phrase extracting column, the method for simultaneous determination of captan and folpet residues in fruits was established, and simple and efficient in application.
