摘要
[目的]探讨工作场所空气中几种醇类化合物的最佳分离条件。[方法]采用GDX-102色谱柱,流动相高纯氮流速为50 ml/min,氢气流速为50 ml/min,空气流速为500 ml/min。[结果]甲醇、正丙醇、异丁醇、正丁醇、异戊醇分别在2.0~250、0.4~5 000、0.5~2 000、0.5~2 000、9.0~1 440μg/ml范围内线形关系良好,精密度分别为3.1%、3.8%、5.4%、3.9%、3.5%。[结论]本方法简便、快速、准确,适用于工作场所空气中醇类化合物的测定。
To explore the best condition for separating several alcohols in the air of workplace. [Methods] GDX-102 ehromatogram column was used. The flow rate of high pure nitrogen of mobile phase was 50 ml/min, hydrogen was 50 ml/min and the flow rate of air was 500 ml/min. [Results] Methanol, n-propanol, isobutanol, n-butanol and isoamylol had a sound linearity in a range of 2.0~250 /~g/ml,0. 4-5 000, 0.5-2 000,0.5-2 000 and 9.0-1440 μg/ml,the precisions were 3.1% ,3.8 %,5.4 %, 3.9 G and 3.5 G respectively. [Conclusion] This method is simple, smart, precise and adaptable for the determination of alcohols in the air of workplace.
