摘要
给出了二维周期结构复合膜系电磁特性的基本理论;对二维正弦周期结构复合膜系和非谐振型二维周期结构复合膜系进行了实验研究.在二维正弦周期结构复合膜系中,反射和辐射特性在波长等于周期值附近发生了变化.
The basic theory of the electromagnetic properties of multilayer films with a two dimensional periodic structure is presented. Experimental investigations on multilayer thin films with two dimensional sinusoidal periodic structure and inharmonic type two dimensional periodic structure have been made. In the former case, it is found that the reflectance and emission change at a wave length approximately equal to the period. Theoretical computation results agree well with experimental ones.
