说明了城市道路施工科学管理的特点,同时就技术管理在城市道路施工中的重要性做了进一步的阐述.
In this article, the author gives a brief discussion on the features of urban road construction and scientitle management. Besides, he makes further discussion on the important role technical management plays in road construction.
