摘要
新农村建设是一个综合的系统工程,简要阐述构建节约型新农村的必要性,并对构建和谐的节约型的社会主义新农村提出资源利用的措施.
New rural constructing is a compositive systematic project. This paper briefly discusses the necessity of constructing new countryside. And it proposes the resources-using measures to constructing harmomious and ecoomical new socialist countryside.
