多元统计分析在区域投资环境聚类中的应用

The Application of Pluralistic Statistics Survey to Regional Investment Environment Clustering

近年来,各地区为了吸引外来投资,大力开展招商引资工作,很重视投资环境的建设。为帮助各地区更好地对各自的区域投资环境进行准确定位,有目的地改善投资环境,在选取区域投资环境评价指标的基础上,对中国各地的投资环境作了系统聚类分析。同时对中国的投资环境进行分类,避免单一方法的片面性,为此选择了四种系统聚类方法对中国的31个地区进行聚类研究,通过对各聚类结果的分析比较,得出聚类结论。

In resent years, many areas of China carry out business promotion and investment attraction, so they pay more attention to regional investment climate （RIC） improvement to attact outside investment. In order to help these regions know their RIC position accurately and improve the RIC, the paper draws a system cluster analysis on the basis of RIC evaluation indexes system setting. Four cluster methods are chosen to access overall cluster result of the RIC and avoid one - sided analysis. The study samples 31 Chinese pmvlnces （ including 22 provinces, 4 municipalities directly under the central government and 5 autonomous regions） and reaches the conclusion through a comparative analysis.
