摘要
基于牛顿欧拉方程和二状态运动的机构间隙模型,提出了一种建立机构间隙复合模型的新方法.该方法借助线性图理论作为建模的描述工具,在可扩展单元线性图(EELG)理论的框架下,引入功能点、开口边和自封闭边等概念,解耦与封装间隙作用体之间的流、势变量,形成机构的单元线性图模型与拓扑矩阵.仿真实例验证了所提出新方法的可行性.
Based on the classical clearances description of Newton-Euler and two state motions, this paper developed a new theory of creating the complex models of mechanism clearances. In the framework of extensible elementary linear graph (EELG) theory, some conception of function point, opening edges and closed edges were introduced. With the linear graph theory, the through and across variables of the impact pairs are decoupled and encapsulated into the elementary linear graphs and the elementary topology matrixes. The effectiveness of this technique was testified by the simulated case.
