骨科损害控制的研究进展

损害控制是针对严重多发伤患者,为了避免进入"死亡三角"即低体温、凝血病、酸中毒而采取的分步骤救治策略,主要有初期简单有效的救命手术,然后ICU复苏及后期的确定性手术。随着损害控制理论的不断发展,逐渐被引入到创伤骨科领域。本文针对该理论在创伤骨科的发展及应用进行综述。

Damage control operation （ DCO） is step-by-step strategy for the treatment aiming directly at se- vere multiple injured patients,in order to avoid entering the ＂death triangle＂ that is,hypothermia,coagulopathy and acidosis. The strategy includes the initial simple and effective life-saving surgery ,the ICU anabiosis and later period definite surgery. Along with the constant development of damage control theory, DCO had been gradually introduced into the field of orthopedic trauma. This article discussed the development and application of the theory in orthopedics.
