经过20多年的发展,我国私人投资办企业的积极性空前高涨,私营经济得到了长足的发展,它已经成为我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,随着私营企业的不断发展,企业在财务管理方面的种种缺陷、存在的诸多问题也越来越多地显现出来,严重地制约企业的发展。如何加强对私营企业财务管理是一个亟待解决的也是必须解决的关键问题。

After more than two decades＇ development in China, people＇ s enthusiasm for the establishing of private enterprises has reached its peak. Private economy has experienced great development, and has become an important part of China＇ s socialist market economy. With its constant development, the limitation of private enterprises in financial management and other problems have emerged. These problems have hugely restricted the development of the private enterprises. How to enhance the managing of finance in private enterprises is a key issue which needs instant solutions and can not afford to neglect.
