Mg/Al双氢氧化物的十二烷基磺酸钠插层研究

摘要 实现了无惰气保护条件下Mg/Al双氢氧化物(LDH)层板间的十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)插层.XRD,IR,SEM等研究表明,产物晶体呈花瓣状团簇,每片厚度约为5-10 nm,经Scherrer公式计算层板间距约为2.776 nm,表明十二烷基磺酸根在层间为垂直排列. The intercalation of Mg/Al layered double hydroxide(LDH) by sodium dodecylsulfate(SDS) was carried out in the condition of no protection of inert gases. The product was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The space between inorganic layer of LDH calculated by formula Scherrer based on main peak of XRD was about 2.76 nm so that DS was arranged vertically between the layer. The photos from SEM showed that the crystalline of LDH was like flowers which sheet was about 5-10 nm.
