It is a leap progress and great theory innovation to confirm harmony as the essential attitude of the national relationship of Socialism with Chinese special characteristics. In this article, the author demonstrates that harmonious national relationship is the core explanation to construct harmonious society in minority regions, is the value of the epoch, and is the ideology and measurement for national relationship from four aspects of economics, politics, culture and sociology. The fact illustrates that the Chinese Communist reaches an altitude on developing national relationship and acknowledging the reign rules.
