摘要
构建了一个既有宏观、也有微观的毛南族人力资源分析框架,即:首先依据"五普"数据,从总量、质量及结构的角度分析了毛南族人力资源的现状,然后又重点从教育、医疗和就业的角度分析了毛南族人力资源开发的典型个案(以广西环江县毛南族自治县及其管辖的下南乡为典型个案)。在此基础上,指出了毛南族人力资源开发利用过程中存在的主要问题。
The article builds a human resource analysis frame of Maonan nationality containing macro and micro economy. First, the author analysizes the status quo of Maonan people resources by quantity, quality and structure based on "wupu" database; after that, the author studies the classiccase (taking Xianan county of Maonan Autonomous Region of Guangxi Province as an example) from the aspects of education, medical treatment and employment. With the investigation as basis, the author figures out the main problems during the developing of the human resource.
