Study on the Factors of Influencing the Form of Industrial Cluster

产业集群根据其产业不同大致可分为三类:一是以传统的手工业或劳动密集型工业的部门为主的传统产业集群;二是高新技术产业集群,一般是由地方政府规划、投资、组织建立的,通过外部力量产生的集群;三是资本与技术结合型产业集群。就影响产业集群形成的几个因素,如历史和文化、当地资源、人际关系和结构以及政府的引导和服务进行了细致地探讨和研究。

In terms of the industry, industrial groups can be classified into three parts： one is the traditional industrial groups mainly dominated by traditional handicraft industry or labor-intensive sectors; the other is high and new-technology industries which are programmed, invested in and set up by local governments and formed with the aid of outer force; the third one is industrial groups combining capital and technology. This article made a detailed study on such several factors as history and culture, local re- sources, interpersonal relations and structures as well as guidance and service from governments which influence the form of industrial cluster.
