促进我国民营经济发展的政策思考

Strategy Thinking about Promoting Private Economy Development of Our Country

以公有制为主体,多种所有制经济共同发展的基本国策为正在迅速成长的民营企业发展提供了制度基础;民营经济作为我国国民经济中最具有活力和生命力的一个亮点,发展势头良好,对于推动整个国民经济发展起到了巨大的作用。但民营经济发展过程中也存在许多制约因素,为了充分调动民营企业的积极性,培育更多的具有活力的民营企业,政府必须采取必要的措施。从民营经济在国民经济中的地位及作用,制约民营经济发展的因素分析,促进民营经济发展的建议等方面做初步探讨。

Taking public ownership as main subject, together with other types of ownership is our basic national strategy, it provided institutional foundation for quicken growing private enterprise. Private economy is a shining point in Chinese national economy, it developed very well, and played great effect in imporving the development of the whole national economy. But there are some re- stricting factors in the process of developing private economy. In order to stimulate the positivity and cultivate more lively private enterprises, government should carry on some necessary countermeasures. This paper analyzed the factors which restrict the development of private economy, and suggestions for promoting private economy development.
