Discussion on the Objective Inevitability of Developing Non-public Ownership Economy

非公有制经济在我国的发展几度沉浮,却从未退出历史舞台。这种奇事的发生有其独特的原因,是由社会主义初级阶段的国情、社会主义市场经济体制、社会主义现代化建设的动力、调整所有制结构、完善基本经济制度、经验教训的总结、社会进步的阶梯、经济发展史的规律、理论创新等方面决定的。

Non-public ownership economy which ever flourished or declined in China but never drags out of the historical stage. It＇s a surprise that has its special reason. In this paper, the inevitability of developing non-public ownership economy was proved from the following ways： national conditions of rudimentary stage of socialism, the socialist system ＇of market economy, the power of socialist modernization, the adjustment of the ownership system, the summary of the experiences and lessons, the ladders of social development and the theoretical creation and so on.
