An Empirical Study on the Governance Efficiency of the Board in Chinese Commercial Banks

商业银行不同于其他企业,董事会治理对于商业银行具有特别重要的意义。本文通过上市银行的实证分析,试图对中国商业银行董事会治理进行研究,为中国商业银行治理提供理论帮助和实践范式。

Commercial banks are different from other corporations. The board governance is very significant for commercial banks. This paper tends to make a research on the governance efficiency of the board in Chinese commercial banks by an empirical analysis of the listed banks, with the hope of providing theoretical references and a practical paradigm for the governance of commercial banks in China.
