摘要
研究了Cu+,Eu2+共激活的Ca1—nSrnS的发光性质、基质组分Ca/Sr摩尔比与荧光性质的关系.Cu+和Eu2+在纯CaS基质中的发射光谱分别位于430nm及630nm附近.随着基质中Sr含量的增加,红、蓝发射带都向绿区移动;当基质为纯SrS时,红、蓝发射带复合为一个主峰在517nm、半宽度为80nm的带谱.实验结果表明:Ca1—nSrnSCu+,Eu2+是一种红。
The fluorescence of Cu +and Eu 2+ coactivated Ca 1—n Sr nS was reported.The emission bands of Cu + and Eu 2+ peak at 430nm and 630nm in pure CaS host,respectively,but both of the red and blue emission bands will shifted to green area with Sr composition rising in Ca 1—n Sr nS and there is one band with a green emission at 517nm and a halfwith of 80nm is pure SrS host.The experimental results indicate that the Ca 1—n Sr nS∶0.005Cu +,0.0001Eu 2+ is a series of monohost and twifunction light transition materials for farm that the red and blue emission bands are regulated by changeing Sr composition in host.
