应用27%皂素烟碱可溶性浓剂植物质杀虫剂防治菜蚜的效果

Study on the Effect of Using 27% Sasanqua Saponin Nicotine Solulle Aquae Concentrated as Plants Insecticides to Control Aphids

２７％皂素烟碱可溶性浓剂是分别从油茶籽饼和烟草中分离得到的油茶皂素（２５％）和烟碱（２％）与增效剂配制成的一种植物质杀虫剂，它对蔬菜蚜虫有很强的毒杀作用．经室内毒力测定：２４ｈ后，致死中浓度ＬＣ５０为１３．１６μｇ／ｍｌ，ＬＣ９０为６５．２５μｇ／ｍｌ；ＬＣ９０的９５％置信区间为６８．５７～６２．０９μｇ／ｍｌ．盆栽和田间小区试验结果表明，该药以２０００～３０００倍药液喷雾，１４ｄ后对菜蚜（桃蚜和菜缢管蚜）的防治效果均可保持在８４％以上，最高可达１００％，在田间有较长的残效期．该植物质杀虫剂对人、畜无毒，在无公害蔬菜生产中。

Sasanqua saponin Nicotine solulle Aquae concentrated is a kind of pure nature plant insecticides compounding Sasanqua saponin which is refined from tea seed cake and Nicotine which is refined from tobacco.It is new type,broadspectrum,high efficient,low poison insecticides.Its specific for killing Aphids.The result of determining its toxicity on Aphids indoor after spraying for 24 hours are:LC 50 is 13.16 μg/ml,LC 90 is 65.25 μg/ml,Aphids colony LC 90 is 68.57～62.09 μg/ml (FL 95%).The result of being planted in basins and tested in field shows:The efficiency of this insecticides to control Aphids (Rhopalosiphum pseudrassioae Davis and Myzus persioae) is more than 84%(the highest can be 100%);It can last a quite long period after spraying in field.So it isa valuable insecticides.
