摘要
生化分析仪是医疗临床检验的重要设备之一,针对嵌入式生化分析仪样品室温度控制系统设计了一种多点测温系统。该系统采用Philips公司的ARM7芯片LPC2114为控制器,利用单总线数字温度传感器DS18B20为分布式测温元件,实现对生化分析仪样品室的多点温度采集。该系统具有外围电路简单、精度好、可靠性高、实用性强、易于扩展等特点。本文主要介绍了DS18B20的测温原理、系统的软硬件设计并列出部分温度采集任务源程序。
The biochemical analysis instrument is one of the most important apparatus in clinical examination. This paper designs a multiple temperature measurement system. It uses ARM7 LPC2114 made by Philips as its microcontroller,with the single bus digital sensor DS18B20 as a temperature measurement component. The strong point of this system is described as: circuit- simplified, high dependability, easy- installing ,and easy- maintenance. The contents of this paper include the introduction of DS18B20,the principle of the testing system,and the design of hardware and software.
