彩色多普勒超声对糖尿病患者颈动脉和椎动脉病变的研究

Application of Color Doppler Ultrasound in diagnosis of Lesions of Carotid and Vertebral Arteries of Diabetes

目的:探讨糖尿病与颈动脉和椎动脉粥样硬化及斑块形成的关系。方法:对糖尿病患者98例及对照组45例。应用彩色多普勒超声探察颈动脉及椎动脉,观察动脉粥样硬化程度,斑块性质,血流速度、PI、RI等指标。结果:糖尿病患者颈动脉及椎动脉粥样硬化发生率明显高于对照组,斑块发生率77.55%,血流速度低于健康组,PI、RI高于健康组。结论:糖尿病患者易发颈、推动脉粥样硬化,颈、椎动脉粥样硬化斑块与脑卒中密切相关。彩色多普勒超声对颈、椎动脉病变具有良好的诊断价值。

Objective： To investigate the relations between diabetes and carotid and vertebral atherosclerosis and plaque formation. Methods： 98 patients with diabetes（group Ⅰ） and 45 healthy people（group Ⅱ） were selected, whose carotid and vertebral arteries were detected by color Doppler ultrasound, including the degree of atherosclerosis, plaque feature, blood flow velocity, PI and RI and so on. Results： Incidence of carotid and vertebral artery atherosderosis of group Ⅰ was obviously higher than that of group Ⅱ, with 77.55% of plaque incidence rate. The blood flow velocity of group Ⅰ was lower than that of group Ⅱ, and PI and RI higher than group Ⅱ. Conclusion： Patients with diabetes are easy to have carotid and vertebral artery atherosclerosis, which is correlated with cerebral stroke. So color Doppler ultrasound plays an important role in the dignosis of lesions of carotid and vertebral arteries.
