摘要 医用粘合剂是能够应用于医疗范畴的一类具有一定生物相容性和高度粘合力的医学材料;并已得到广泛的关注和研究。本文对当前急诊医疗中医用粘合剂的分类、各类粘合剂的作用机理、特点及应用范畴、医用粘合剂复合生物材料构成复合物的基础和应用研究现状等做一回顾及评价,并对未来医用粘合剂的研究和发展趋势进行了展望。 In modern emergency medicine, there are a lot of patients suffering from trauma; and now the hot point of research is how to deal with the wound surface faster, more safely and efficiendy. The classical suturation is out of date, it is in need of another much more convenient way. The appearance of medical adhesive tidy suppfies one of the possible solution. Now along with the development of biomedcine and material science, the biomaterial has got rapid development. Medical adhesive is a kind of biomaterial with very nice biocompatibility and high coherence, now it gains more reconstruction and research than before following the advance of biomedicine. This text reviews the classification of medical adhesive and the mechanism, characteristic and application category of main three kinds of materials, the cyanoacrylates, fibrin sealant and mussel adhesive protein, also including advanced research and future development of them, especially about the compounds.
