摘要
采用GaN基蓝色发光芯片为激发源,结合YAG荧光粉封装成白光发光二极管(W-LED)。对W-LED的光电特性及其在照明光源中的应用条件作了深入的研究,测试了以串联形式集成的W-LED光源模块的功率以及发光效率。结果表明W-LED的光电特性决定了W-LED集成为照明光源的必备条件:用于集成的W-LED光电特性一致性好,且W-LED集成光源配备有稳流功能的驱动电路,才能发挥W-LED作为照明光源的节能、高可靠和稳定性等优势。
The white light emitting diodes (W-LEDs) were fabricated by using InGaN-based blue LED chip as primary light source and YAG phosphors as luminescence conversion materials. The current illumination characteristic of W-LED, the power efficiency of the integrated lighting source were studied and discussed for the practical application. Luminance performances of the W-LED lamp integrated in series were studied. The preferable applied qualifications are supplied as follows: the uniformity of the W-LED devices and the stable current supplied by drive circuit are should be guaranteed, showing that the W-LED lamp processes much lower power consumption and longer lifetime.
