摘要
利用模糊数学方法,建立了固体推进剂综合感度评价的模糊数学模型,并用于NEPE推进剂的综合感度评价。应用结果表明,根据固体推进剂在不同生产工艺过程中各项感度值不同的特点,通过赋予不同的权重系数,消除了传统几何均值感度的片面性;无量纲化处理消除了各项感度之间量纲的不同;等级参数处理使固体推进剂综合感度值数字化,从而可以准确、直观地反应出固体推进剂的危险度。
The fuzzy mathematic model for synthesis sensitivity evaluation of solid propellant was established by means of fuzzy mathematic method. The model was used for synthesis sensitivity evaluation of NEPE propellant. According to various sensitivities of solid propellant during different processes, one-sideness of traditional geometric mean value sensitivity can be eliminated by endowing different weight coefficient; non-dimensional treatment method removes the difference among dimensions of various sensitivities ;the grade parameter treatment method can make synthesis sensitivity value digitized, which can reflex hazard classification of solid propellant accurately and visually.
