摘要
提高块煤率、降低块煤限下率是当前无烟煤生产企业关注的焦点问题。针对无烟煤在生产加工、运输、仓储各阶段都会产生破碎的实际情况,从碰撞接触力学角度分析了块煤的破碎机理,指出块煤接触碰撞时产生的瞬时冲击力是导致其破碎的最主要原因。为降低破碎率,应从降低块煤运动速度、延长碰撞时间和减小碰撞弹性恢复系数三个方面入手,釆取相应的措施。文章介绍了无烟块煤防破碎的方法及实际应用效果。
It is the focus problem for anthracitic coal production enterprise to increase percentage of lump coal and reduce amount of lump coal with size smaller than lower size limit.Analysis is made in the paper on lump coal breaking mechanism through lump coal attachment collision mechanics which take place during coal production and handling.It is pointed that the most importance cause of size reduction is the instant impacting force produced in coal lump attachment.In order to lower down the percentage of size reduced coal,it is necessary to take measures to slow down speed of coal lump movement,prolong collision time and reduce collision elasticity recovery coefficient.The method for preventing lump anthracitic coal from size reduction and practical application effectiveness are also presented in the paper.
