在我国,与政治信息传递成本相关的公车消费、公款吃喝、公费出国(旅游)等各种费用高昂,必须从制度层面、体制层面等方面进行改革。要切实理顺党委、人大、政府的关系,改革会议制度、培训制度,充分利用现代高科技手段降低政治信息传递成本,使有限的公共财政资源更多地造福于人民。

The various expenses related to the cost of political information transmission are very high in our country. The expenses include the money spent in using the public car,the public fund used for wining and dining,and the public expense used for traveling abroad. The relationship between the Party Committee, the National People＇s Congress, and the government should be straightened out. The system of council and the system of training should be reformed. The cost for the transmission of the political information should be lowered by fully taking advantage of the modern hi-tech means for the purpose of benefiting the people more with the limited public finance resources,
