盾构机在车站结构完成的情况下通过车站,进入下一个区间是地铁建设施工中经常遇到的一个工序。如何快速、经济、有效的实现盾构机过站是保证工期、保证设备安全的一个值得探讨的问题。结合北京地铁四号线第二十标段德国海瑞克S-285盾构机通过北宫门站的施工实例,从人员、设备、工艺等诸方面介绍了盾构机平移过站技术。
It is a common working procedure that the shield machine should cross the completed station to get to the next section. It is a topic worth of considering how to cross the station fast, economically and effectively so as to ensure the schedule of the works and the safety of the equipment. The construction technique of the shield machine HERRENK-NECKT S-285 crossing Beigongmen station of No. 20 bid section of line 4 of Beijing Metro is presented in the paper.
