对中小企业融资问题的思考

The Difficulty in Financing of Mid-and Small-Scale Enterprises

目前,中小企业融资难的问题日显突出,尤其在经济欠发达地区更显严重。事实上,企业"贷款难"与银行"难贷款"的问题同时存在。本文就此问题的成因进行了调查分析,并从政策体制及实践操作方面提出了个人见解。

At present, the problem of mid-and small-scale enterprises financing is increasingly prominent, especially in some backward area. In fact, the enterprises are difficult to borrow money from banks and banks are not easy to lend money to enterprises. This paper discusses the causes of this fact and puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of policy system and practice operation.
