摘要
在天祝县达隆、东大滩、石门、炭山岭4个试验区采样,分析了天祝白牦牛鲜奶及消毒奶重金属污染程度。结果表明:鲜奶综合污染程度从大到小的顺序为炭山岭(1.270)、东大滩(0.840)、达隆(0.740)、石门(0.730);消毒奶综合污染程度从大到小的顺序为炭山岭(1.930)、石门(1.890)、达隆(1.880)、东大滩(0.980)。消毒奶重金属相关分析表明,Pb-Cd存在显著相关(R<0.5),Pb-As、As-Cd存在极显著相关(R>0.5)。
The samples were taken from four regions (dalong,dongdatan,shimen, tanshanling) in Tianzhu and the heavy mentals pollution in milk was analyzed. The results showed that order of the general pollution degree in raw milk was tanshanling(1. 270),dongdatan(0. 840),dalong(0. 740),shimen(0. 730). Order of the general pollution degree in disinfectant milk was tanshanling(1. 930),shimen(1. 890)dongdatan(1. 880), dalong(0. 980). It existed correlation between Pb and Cd (R〈0. 5) ,high correlation between Pb and As (R〉0. 5) ,high significant correlation between As and Cd (R〉0. 5).
