污垢对换热器壳程压降的影响分析 被引量:4

摘要 随着污垢在传热表面上积聚,换热器流道表面的粗糙度增加,摩擦系数增大,并且流体的流通截面积减小,引起流体流速增加,压力降增大。建立了换热器壳程单元流道模型,对计及污垢影响下的壳程压降进行了试探性的分析及讨论,研究并确定了换热器污垢影响最小化因素,为设计、操作换热器时降低污垢带来的影响提供理论依据。 With fouling accumulating on the heat transfer surface, surface roughness and friction coefficient increase and the fluid flow section decrease, which lead to increase in pressure drop of heat exchanger. The model of unit duct of shellside was established. The effect of fouling on pressure drop in shellside was analyzed and discussed based on the model. Strategies of minimizing fouling effect were determined, which provide the theoretic gist for alleviating the effect of fouling.
