改进静脉采血技术 提高采血成功率

TO MELIORATE WISE THE PRACTICE AND RESULT ON IMPROVING THE VEIN BLOOD SPECIMEN COLLECTION SUCCESS RATE

目的探讨提高真空静脉采血成功率的方法与效果。方法将200例静脉采血的患者随机分为实验组与对照组,每组100例。实验组采用改良的真空静脉与特殊静脉采血法,对照组则按常规注射器静脉采血法。结果对照组与实验组在疼痛情况、采血成功率方面比较,均有显著性差异(均p<0.05),与对照组相比,实验组个体疼痛感低于对照组,而在采血成功率方面高于对照组。结论改良的真空静脉与特殊静脉采血法可有效减轻患者采血时的疼痛,提高真空采血成功率。

Objective To study meliorate wise the method and result on improving the vacuum vein blood specimen collection success rate. Methods Divide 200 patients catheter who need the veins blood specimen collection into two groups ： experiment group（ n = 100） and control group（ n = 100）. Patients in the experiment group were using improved vacuum and especial vein blood specimen collection, while the control group were one - off injector vein blood specimen collection in the usual way. Results The difference of the the control group and the experiment group in the painless feeling and the success rate of the vein blood specimen collection has statistics significanee（p 〈 0. 05 ）. Compare the control group, the experiment group has low pain and higher success rate in the vein blood specimen collection. Conclusion The method of improved vacuum vein blood specimen collection was effectively mitigate pain of blood specimen collection and improving the vacuum and especial vein blood specimen collection success rate.
