颈椎骨折前路减压植骨内固定术的护理

PERIOPERATIVE NURSING OF CERVIACAL FRACTURES WITH ANTERIOR DECOMPRESSION BONE GRAFTING AND INTERNAL FIXATION

目的探讨颈椎骨折前路减压植骨内固定术患者的护理,以总结经验,促进康复。方法对20例颈椎骨折患者行术前心理护理,认真做好术前准备,做好健康教育及功能锻练。结果术后患者恢复良好,生活质量有明显提高。结论颈椎骨折行前路减压植骨内固定术,在围手术期给予正确的指导及护理,对患者术后康复具有重要作用。

Objective To explore perioperative nursing of cervical fractures with anterior decompression bone grafting and internal fixation. Methods 20 Patients with cervical fractures were treated by preoperative psychological nursing and postoperative health teaching and rehabilitation. Results These patients have been promoted their life quality significantly and accepted better limb function. Conclusion The right preoperative psychological nursing is very important to patients of cervical fractures with anterior decompression bone grafting and internal fixa- tion in perioperative time.
