摘要
本文分析了医院职代会提案工作在加强医院民主管理工作的现实意义、具体操作和需要解决的问题,提出了在实践中要不断探索提高提案工作质量的办法和手段。
This article analyzed the immediate significance, concrete operation and the problem to solve the hospital worker congress＇ proposal in strengthening the democratic management of the hospital, put forward the ways and means of unceasingly exploring and enhancing the proposal work quality in the practice.
