摘要
目的分析禅城区高血压人群遵医服药和生活方式依从性水平,并探讨其影响因素。方法采用自行设计的高血压患者服药和生活方式依从性及其影响因素的调查问卷,采取随机整群抽样,抽取了佛山市禅城区149个居、村委会2980名35岁以上的高血压病人,并对其进行问卷调查,询问内容有高血压治疗情况及药物治疗依从性,生活方式依从性及其影响因素。结果调查人群高血压用药依从性良好者的比例为50%左右。高血压患者对生活方式依从性好占的比例很低。依从性影响因素有经济状况、家庭支持、工作繁忙、文化程度、副反应、就医不方便及不了解治疗重要性具有显著相关性。结论禅城区高血压人群遵医服药和生活方式依从性较低,应加强健康教育和健康促进力度,提高药物治疗依从性,以达到控制血压、减少高血压相关并发症发生的目的。
Objective To study the compliance of patient to ordered antihypertensive drug therapy and life styles and its influencing factors in Shaneheng District of Foshan. Methods 2 980 hypertension patients of 149 community centers were sampled by random cluster sample, and then a questionnaire survey was practiced including the compliance of patient~ antihypertensive drug therapy, life styles and influence factor. Results The ratio of better compliance of patient to antihypertensive drug therapy was only about 50%, and the compliance of patient~ life styles was bad. The influence factors were economic situation, family＇ s supports, education, side effects, etc. Conclusion Health education and health promotion about hypertension disease should be strengthened.
