采用金属和介质膜组合的诱导透射滤光片,具有高透射和宽截止的优良特性。本文介绍了用于可见区和近红外区的二种诱导透射滤光片的理论分析、制备工艺及其实验结果。

The induced transmission filter with the combination of metallic and dielectrical coatings has good charicteristics of high transmission and wide throughput band. This paper feportes the fabrication of induced transmission filters that operates in the visible and infrared region respectively. The theory analysis, fabrication technologe and experiment result are also given in the paper.
